(PG-13) Once again, the Griswolds meet misfortune in "Christmas Vacation," which some families, especially those with older children, consider to be a Christmas comedy classic. Chevy Chase is the hapless Clark who invites the whole family for a "fun-filled old-fashioned family Christmas." It's up on the housetop for Clark when the relatives begin to trickle in. Unfortunately, Clark's Christmas bonus hasn't arrived yet. That complicates things even more because he wants to give his family a pool, already ordered. And making matters worse is the arrival of Clark's disgusting cousin Eddie, played wonderfully by Randy Quaid, who brings along his cerw in a mobile home. (1989)
