(G) You already know the song, and you've
probably already seen "Frosty the Snowman," an animated
delight built around the song. There must have been some
magic in that old hat, because, when the kids put it atop
Frosty, he started to dance around, so the song and the
legend say. There's some drama here because the kids realize
that Frosty needs to get to a polar region in order to
survive. He is befriended by a little girl who hops a train
with him in a trek to the North Pole. The late, great Jimmy
Durante is the narrator. (1976)
